How to update your HKO game client

Level Up! Inc. and Sanrio Digital would like to welcome you back to the Hello Kitty Online International Server!  If you are using the old HKO client from Level Up! (v.1.8.0.x and older), you will need to perform the following steps to ensure your client will be properly updated:

 

  1. Open the game client and wait for the auto-update window to finish downloading the update.
  2. Once the update has completed downloading, click on CANCEL and restart the game client.
  3. The auto-update process will begin again.  This will ensure that the updates you downloaded will be correct and none of the files will be corrupted.
  4. Once the update has completed re-downloading, click on CONFIRM and your client should be up-to-date.

 

These steps are only for users who are using the old Level Up! game client.  You do not need to follow the steps above if your client is v.1.9.0 or later.  You can download the latest game client from this link.

 

Once the update is finished, simply log in with your SanrioTown email address and password, create your character, and have fun!

 

NOTE: If you played on the previous HKO Philippine server, we have automatically credited 40,000 Sanrio Loyalty Points and refunded all of the Sanrio Cash Points you spent to your account.  Please be sure to login using the same SanrioTown account you used in the HKO Philippine server in order to receive these points.
