Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the Hello Kitty Online Dream Shop

1) Accessing the Item Mall / Dream Shop
Click the Item Mall button on the Side Bar. A browser will open up, and the Item Mall will load.

2) Item Mall Window
The Item Mall window shows the different categories of items. Currently, only the Avatar and House items can be purchased.

3) Item Mall Screen
This is the Item Mall Screen. It has different sections, legend below.



A – Tabs
B – Categories
C – Item sorter (by points needed, All, Coins, Loyalty)
D – Your Avatar with clothes being fit
E – Current Balance of Coins and Loyalty Points; Add All items currently being fit to Basket
F – Fit item
G – Add item to Basket
H – Information about the item
I – Page number
J – Your Basket, shows all items added to basket


4) Fitting Items
Items can be fit in the Item Mall to show how it goes with your character. You can see them on your Avatar in the Avatar section.


5) Adding Items to Basket
There are 2 ways of adding items to the basket. First is by clicking the Add All to Basket button, which adds all items being fit to the basket. Second is by clicking the Add item to Basket button, which adds only the item selected.



6) Basket Window
This window contains all items that were added to the basket. The total costs are also displayed. You can remove all items from the basket, or click on the pink X to remove the item from the list.

Click return to Item Mall to go back to viewing items.

Click Checkout to purchase the items in the basket.



7) Checking out Items
The purchase will be verified, and you will be asked if you want to purchase the item/s. This is to prevent players from making a mistake in buying items.



8) Purchasing items
You will have to wait for a while for your order to be processed.



9) Purchase Verification
You will be given an order number. This will be sent to your Sanriotown e-mail. You may use this for transactions with https://support.levelupgames.ph.



10) Claiming your Item
To claim your item, click on Item Delivery on the Sidebar.



11) Item Delivery Window
You will see the items in the Item Delivery Window. Left-click the items to receive them.

12) Receiving items
You will receive the purchased items in your inventory after clicking them in the Item Delivery window.

 

 

13) Now you can use and enjoy the items you have purchased!
